Everybody holds the key to their own healing, but sometimes the body needs a little help. That’s where my services come in. As a Naturopath, I work with you to restore your balance and find your center.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
Our first consultation we will spend time talking about all areas of your health so we can link it together and understand where things started. If you have blood test results that are under 6 months old- I ask that you send them through before your consultation so we can go through these too.

REPEAT CONSULT
In repeat consultations we begin to work through your symptom picture, addressing your most pressing symptoms one at a time- through addressing the underlying cause. Naturopathy is a process that takes time (just like it takes time for the symptoms to come in the first place) but rest assured- we will always be able to get to the bottom of what's going on for you.

BUSH FLOWERS CONSULTS
Completed only via online consultation (and need to be booked in directly through phoning the clinic or messaging on Instagram or Facebook)- a bush flower consult looks at your emotional health and the impacts this may be having on your life.
In the consult, we will talk about the stressors that are impacting you most and the big themes in your life (like your long-term goals) to see if you're living in alignment. We then do an intuitive draw (think tarot reading) some bush flower cards and I make you up a personalised blend and post it out to you.
